Small excerpts in site navigation showcase

The navigation on a website is of course one of the most important part of the design. The user need to understand how to explore your site at first glance otherwise he will probably get frustrated and live. Some sites add a few words to each link to explain what the page linked is about.

    At the heart of it, a good naming system should alleviate the need for excerpts. That being said there are some good examples here where it doesn’t hurt to expand a little.
